TV and High Speed Internet and VoIP telephone by Hotwire
CBT was the first condominium south of the Boca Raton Inlet to wire its 128 units with fiber optics. Each unit has ethernet cables in the walls and WiFi coverage in the units and all common areas . Our bulk TV package include HBO Max. The high speed internet is 150 Mb/s.

EV and PHEV Chargers by CityVitae
Owners of Electrical Vehicles (EV) and Plug-In hybrid cars (PHEV) can recharge their batteries on two Level 2 chargers on the North Deck

Internal Portal by BuildingLink

CBT has a portal platform that also gives condo information and records package deliveries to owners. BuildingLink has also a marketplace and social communication between owners.
